We're nearly at 70% funded with 15 days still to go! We can get there even sooner with a little more help! So, as an alternative to our initial timed goal, we will provide double-sided wooden tokens if we can meet a social goal instead!

Greetings Overlords!

I hope you are having a devious Monday. Did you all enjoy the Superb Owl yesterday?

As we begin this sixth day of the campaign, we have to consider the possibility that we won't fund within the first week, and thus ensure that we will be able to provide double-sided wooden tokens. 

That's okay! I say we focus on spreading the word, and continue pushing toward the funding goal while we explore other options for Making the dual-sided painted wooden tokens a reality.

I would love to hear any ideas you have for stretch goals, or anything you want to tell us about the project!

We're off to a great start, but we definitely need more of a push to get over the hump! Today I would like to ask you about any questions you have that I can answer and if there is anything we can do to improve the campaign page and the project itself?

Greetings Overlords!

While I promise that I won't be sending these updates every day, I do want to keep you up to date on important changes and announcements. In this case, as the title states: 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE

Yep. Sorry it took us this long to add it, but we think we've worked out a situation in which it can make financial sense for both the backer and for us. We will be able to ship games to the UK, cover the VAT, and then ship to you at a discounted rate. Just select your country from the shipping drop down menu!

Now, that said, some of the shipping options are still relatively expensive. This is because the original game is 5.5 lbs, and the expansion is expected to weigh 2-2.5 lbs. There are just no cheap and easy shipping option for those weights and sizes, but we want to offer it regardless. However, this also opens up a new possibility! 

We're allowing backers to pledge for multiple copies of the game at once (you'll be able to update your order in the pledge manager). If you want to team up with others in your area who also want the game, you can all order your copies at once, then have them shipped to one location (sorry, we can't do multiple because that defeats the purpose). The cost in shipping will increase only slightly, and will end up being much cheaper for everyone involved.

Upgrade kits!

In case you missed our previous announcement, we've added the "Dragon's Hoard" pledge level. This provides an upgrade kit for anyone who owns Overlords of Infamy 1st edition and will bring your games up to datewith the 2nd edition! The pledge level also includes the expansion pack, Misery Loves Company. 

As a last question, Facebook Live didn't exist when I last ran a campaign. Who'd be interested in me jumping on and chatting?

Greetings Overlords,

What a fabulous start we are off to! I have some awesome news, but I also wanted to say "Hello!" and welcome aboard this crazy journey! If you're a returning Overlord, or just now joining us, we are ecstatic to welcome you to the family! Now then, onto the awesome news:

Overlords of Infamy 2nd Edition Upgrade Kit

Due to overwhelming demand, we are happy to now be able to offer an upgrade kit for those who have a 1st edition copy of the game! This upgrade kit will include the redesigned insert, the new wooden tokens, newly redesigned rule book, and replacement cards replacing errors and errata. All of these will be shipped in the Overlords of Infamy 2nd Edition box and accompanied by your expansion pack. 

You can now change your pledge to the Dragon's Hoard level to secure an Upgrade Kit + Expansion Pack.

International Shipping

Because of shipping costs, we felt that international shipping would be infeasible for this project. However, we are currently in discussions that will make the cost a lot more realistic, and will open shipping to many more locations. We should have an update about this before the end of business tomorrow. I promise to keep you posted!
